Voidless 6.0 brings image editing into projects and adds GIF downloads
The October 14 release updates character cutouts, animation dimensions and tile generation. Uploads and background removal become free, while high-quality 3D generation costs more.

For preparing character animations and tiles before bringing asset files into a game engine.
Voidless released version 6.0 on October 14, bringing image editing into the project workspace. Open an image and ask the adjacent agent chat to change it. Animations can now be downloaded as GIFs for sharing and reviewing before engine import.
The AI game asset service already generates characters, animations and tiles. A new /image-redraw command changes an image's style. Older controls, including In-paint, Touch Up and the pose editor, have been removed in favor of Edit and Redraw.
Cutouts, animation dimensions and tiles
Voidless says the update improves background removal around character edges and gives every clip in an animation set the same canvas dimensions. That could reduce preparation when assembling a character's idle, movement and attack animations.
Tilesets are now available on the generator page, alongside a reported improvement to repeating texture seams. The website illustrates tile use with a stone path across grass. Check character edges, motion alignment and tile joins against the needs of the actual project.
Exports currently use files, including sprite sheets, individual frames, GIFs, tiles and audio. The website still lists direct exports for engines such as Godot and Unity as forthcoming.
Free uploads and background removal; higher 3D costs
Image uploads and Remove BG are now free across plans. Reference images cost two credits, down from five. High-quality 3D generation rises from 25 to 60 credits with the model change; Draft remains at 15.
The current pricing page offers 25 trial credits on Lite, whose generations enter the public gallery. Private generation requires Voidless+, a one-time CAD 39 purchase that includes 4,000 credits. Subsequent generation continues to spend credits; free uploads and background removal do not make every generation free.
